How to use

1 - SWISH - around the mouth first thing in the morning, pulling through your teeth reaching all areas for up to 20 mins. (Start with 5 mins and gradually increase), do not swallow.

2 - SPIT - out into a bin.

3 - RINSE - mouth with warm water and brush as normal.
